The online submission system will guide you through the submission of your abstract.

Abstracts for oral or poster presentations may be submitted to a broad selection of topics and sessions.

The abstract must contain between 2500 and 7500 characters including references and the title is limited up to 200 characters. The abstract may include up to 2 objects (figure or table). After the submissionyou and your co-authors will receive an email with all information of the submitted abstract.

You will be disconnected after 30 minutes of inactivity. Please be aware that the system is only active when pressing on “next” or “save”. Typing is NOT considered as being active.

Please note that you are only allowed to submit one abstract as first author/presenter. Presenting authors of abstracts must register after their selection until 31 January 2020 at ECCM19. You may however be a co-author in several other abstracts.

After notification of acceptance you will be asked to upload a full conference paper (4-8 pages). Further instructions about the paper upload will be announced in January 2020.
