Abstract Submission Guidelines

Please ensure that you have read these guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract. Abstracts not submitted in this format may not be considered for review.

The online submission system will guide you through the submission of your abstract:

Enter the Abstract Submission Platform by creating an account with its corresponding username and password.

Please be aware that all required fields must be filled in order to complete the submission process.

Abstract Structure:
• Title in CAPITAL LETTERS: up to 150 characters, and should be as brief as possible but long enough to indicate clearly the nature of the abstract. Abbreviations must not be used in the title.
• Authors list, with surname and first name, the affiliations will be automatically identified with superscripts by using numbers.
• Affiliations for each author, such as Department, Hospital/University, City, Country
• Presenting author will automatically be indicated/marked with a star (*).
• Body: up to 2000 characters (incl. spacing and punctuation, but excluding names of authors and affiliations).
• Abstract content shall be divided into these fields (mandatory): Objectives, Methods, Results and Discussion / non-mandatory: Acknowledgements
• No figures, no references, and no tables.

Abstracts must be written and presented in English.
Non-English abstracts will NOT be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

Please ensure that your abstract does not contain spelling, grammatical or scientific errors. All abstracts will be published as submitted.

Use generic names. Commercial drug names may not be used.

The topic and subtopic must be selected from the main scientific topics given to ensure its correct assignment.

You will be disconnected after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Typing is NOT considered as being active.

Scheduling of poster sessions and abstract presentations is at the discretion of the Scientific Committee.
Abstracts will be organized into sessions using the topics chosen by the submitter in the online system.
