The online submission system will guide you through the submission of your abstract.

Abstract must describe contemporary work, be of interest to an international audience, have scientific and/or professional merit and be of relevance to the Conference theme.

Scheduling of poster sessions and abstract presentations is at the discretion of the Scientific Committee. Abstracts may be organised into sessions using the topic chosen by the submitter or reallocated under another topic at the discretion of the Scientific Committee.

All decisions on abstract acceptance are final. Once the decision has been rendered on an abstract, no further correspondence will be undertaken on the selection process.

If your abstract is accepted you must register for the Conference and pay the early registration fee by midnight CET 11 February 2015.
