5th ERAS World Congress

The registration process is easily completed in five main steps.

Important information:

  • If you have already created an account last year, please enter your details in the section Existing user. If you have forgotten your information, please use the Forgot Password option.
  • If it is the first time you reserve through MCI Suisse SA, please enter your details in the New user section. This account will allow you to manage your reservation and hotel booking 24/24.
  • You must complete all steps for your reservation to be completed. It is not possible to save a reservation and come back to it later.
  • Following data for each reservation is mandatory: Full Participant name, Institution/Company, E-mail address, Business address and phone number.
  • First Name, Last Name and Country will appear on the name badge.
  • You will also be asked to indicate a contact person and number in case of emergency.

ERAS 2017 cannot validate hotel reservations via sources other than those presented by MCI as MCI is the only official mandated housing bureau for this congress.

With careful research and dedicated negotiations, MCI works on your behalf to provide hotel room blocks of a high-quality standard at a discounted rate. For the best customer service and guaranteed hotel rooms, attendees and exhibitors should make their reservation through the official housing bureau offer provided in this registration system.

It is important to be aware that you may be contacted by phone, fax, or email by third party companies that act as travel agencies, wholesalers or destination management companies to solicit you with aggressive or deceptive tactics for room reservations. Room poachers and pirates may also misrepresent themselves as the official congress housing bureau and may illegally use the conference name or logo.

If you are contacted by someone asking if you need a room at ERAS 2017 or if they represent themselves as the official housing bureau ERAS 2017, please obtain as much information as you can, such as the name of the company, the person calling and their telephone number — then contact MCI Geneva at +41 22 33 99 726 - eras.reg@mci-group.com.
