Registration fees
€ 195 for assistants
€ 680 for doctors
€ 150 for the gala dinner
Fees are including 21% Dutch VAT
Registration guidelines
Payments should be made in EUR (€) only, no other currency will be accepted.
Payments can be done by credit card or via bank transfer.
Paid fees will be reimbursed up to 4 weeks before the start of the meeting. Cancellations received within four weeks before the start of the meeting, won't be reimbursed.

Delegates from North America
Billings for delegates from North America are handled seperately. Therefore please use this link to register if you are from North America. After your registration, you will be contacted by the Ormco events team to arrange your billing.
