Full registration fees include admission to all program sessions, exhibition area, Welcome Reception on Sunday, June 5, 2016, keynote presentations, breakfast, lunch and breaks for Monday, June 6 & Tuesday, June 7, 2016, Awards for Excellence Banquet (must RSVP) on Monday, June 6, 2016 and delegate kit with the final program and proceedings.
